The Carriage House Reception Venue
Our modern take on rustic barn architecture, the Carriage House is perfect for your indoor/outdoor reception or indoor ceremony. Equipped with two large barn doors that open to a courtyard and gazebo, it offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The interior is designed with plenty of windows and French doors to let in the natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It accommodates 50+ guests in rows or 40 at round tables. For larger events, we can extend the space with a frame tent, ensuring your celebration is adaptable to any weather.

Aspen Grove offers several stunning outdoor locations for your ceremony, all surrounded by the beauty of Colorado’s majestic landscapes:
Aspen Grove Gazebo
This raised, covered structure provides sweeping views of the mountains, pastures, and our reflective pond. Ideal for smaller ceremonies of up to 25 guests, the gazebo can also be used as a bandstand or combined with the courtyard for larger events.
Labyrinth Garden
A peaceful garden with a double-spiral labyrinth, perfect for meditative ceremonies. Couples can enter from opposite sides and meet in the center for their vows. As a dramatic finale, our herd of horses can be released, offering a unique and unforgettable moment.
Ranch Pond’s Shore
Just a short walk from the Carriage House, this serene location features a tranquil pond with beautiful pine-covered hills in the background. Ideal for smaller, more intimate ceremonies, this picturesque site offers a peaceful, natural setting. As guests will stand to observe, it’s perfect for shorter weddings that embrace the simplicity and beauty of the outdoors.
Forest Setting
For those seeking a secluded, natural atmosphere, the Forest Setting offers a shady, peaceful site among the pines, easily accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Romantic Rock Outcropping
For adventurous couples, this site offers a remote feel with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Ideal for small, intimate ceremonies, it provides a one-of-a-kind experience.

Main Lodge: The Main Lodge at Sundance Trail offers four charming suites, each varying in size to accommodate your guests comfortably. Among them is the Eagle Suite, often referred to as the “honeymoon suite,” thanks to its stunning mountain views and cozy fireplace, making it the perfect romantic retreat. In addition to the suites, the lodge features a welcoming dining room, a sun-soaked porch ideal for relaxing, and outdoor spaces like a shady backyard with horseshoe pits and hammocks. The lodge provides a warm, inviting atmosphere for couples and guests to unwind during their stay.
Woodside, Wyoming & Montana Cabins: These cabins are ideal for hosting your wedding party or out-of-town guests. The Montana Cabin sleeps nine, and the Woodside and Wyoming cabins sleep eight each. All cabins offer a peaceful retreat with access to hiking trails and beautiful views, ensuring your guests can enjoy a mini-vacation while celebrating your special day.
